Hey Y'all... This is Tripp Mullenax and welcome to my page. I am so thankful and grateful that you have come to look at me, and I pray that I don't scare you off, lol. My plan is to gradually introduce myself to you, a brief about my careers, health changes and final out with the "4 Platforms" to which this website is based upon. Y'all ready? Here goes...
I'm Tripp Mullenax. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas. I grew up playing football in school and participated in kickboxing outside of school.
I entered Martial Arts when I was a kid and worked my way up through the ranks to achieve my 3rrd Degree Black Belt and Chief Instructor in 1989 where I continued my Martial Arts Career in eventually obtaining the following ranks and belts: 1st Degree Black Belt | ATAAK Taekwondo, 3rd Degree Black Belt | Aikijujitsu . I won a plethora of both Global, International and National Awards as well as fighting on the US Karate Circuit Team and recognized as Top Martial Arts Instructor through FUMA.
I enlisted into the United States Army where I served 8 years as a US Army Combat Veteran with 3 Combat Tours in a special operations command team. I also had the privilege to visit: Germany, Denmark, Holland, France, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
I have also traveled to: Mexico, Spain, South Korea, Japan, and Thailand.
After serving in the Military, I returned to the States and began a career in Law Enforcement in 1994. I began as a Reserve Deputy and Detention Deputy. I then was hired by an agency who sent me to the Police Academy, where I started my Police Officer Law Enforcement Career. I began as Rookie Officer and promoted through the ranks of: Field Training Officer, Sergeant, Sergeant Detective, Field Training Sergeant Detective, Investigator and Chief of Police. I have had the honor of serving the following capacities but not limited to: Police Defensive Tactics Instructor, Police Firearms Instructor, Police Radar Instructor, Police Taser Instructor, SWAT Team Member, Field Training Officer, Criminal Investigator, Police K9 Dual Purpose Handler, Patrol Interceptor PIT and RAM, Hostage Negotiator, Citizens Police Academy Instructor and Chief of Police.
During this time, I started my own business, teaching: Concealed Handgun Training, Active Shooter Training, Open Carry Training, Home Safety Inspections, Office Safety Inspection, Domestic Violence Prevention and Awareness, Bullying Prevention and Awareness, Law Enforcement Advanced Weapons and Tactics. I also started a Christian Based Youth Football & Cheer League for ages 5-18, appealing to the Home School Market so we leave no kids behind.
In 2001 I surrendered to the Gospel of Pastoral Ministry in my local Church and local Association. In 2002 I was licensed to the Gospel of Ministry and in 2003 I was Ordained into the Gospel of Ministry. In 2014 I retired early from Law Enforcement and devoted my time to teaching, coaching, and implementing new training programs for both A Line of Sight and Fitness Solutions 4 Life which span over several states. In 2015 I began employment with a global company as Director of Operations and Public Safety which promoted and relocated me to several states.
In 2018 I had Baritric Surgery "Roux-en-Y" Surgery. Prior to this surgery, my highest weight was 573 lbs. and over 78 inches in the waist. When I finally decided to get a new life, I had to prove to my doctors that I was serious, thus having to reduce my weigh to 537 lbs. before ever being considered for my surgery.
The Veteran’s Hospital granted my surgery and placed me into the MOVE program. Upon completion of this program then I would be referred to Sanford Hospital for the surgery referral. Once all obligations with the VA were met and exceeded, I had that referral.
However, Sanford Hospital wanted more proof of my dedication and enrolled me into their own weight-loss program. My surgeon stated I need to be at 450 lbs. before being considered for surgery. So, I hit the gym and lost the total from 573 lbs. to 450 lbs. {123 lbs. on my own within a years’ time}. Once I met that obligation then I was approved for the surgery. To date, I have lost over 300 lbs. {photos below} and over 32 inches in waist.
After surgery I hit the gym hard and implemented my own workout program. Once word got out, about my weight-loss, I had developed a large following of wonderful and loving people that were wanting to, as well, get a new life in physical fitness. Some just had a few pounds to lose, some wanted to get toned, and some were in the position I was in which was in poor health - facing death. I have developed a powerful and proved system for physical fitness and it would be an absolute honor to become your Personal Training and Fitness Coach. Together, let's get you a new path of life.
In 2020 I started a Virtual Non-Denominational Praise & Worship Platform called Meet Me @ The Cross where we have hundreds of followers and participants. We have come together, across the nation and across the globe with a common denominator, Jesus Christ. We cry together, share together, praise together and pray together. Total strangers, from across the globe, coming together and not forsaking the assembling of others leaving no one behind. We have Prayer, Praise, Worship, Virtual Lord's Supper, Prayer Chain's, Prayer Request, Praise Reports, Interaction, Children's Section, Live Stream Videos, Video Recordings, Community Outreach, Leading People to the Lord and following with Baptism, Ministry, Ministry Training, Daily Words of Encouragement, Easter Virtual Services, Christmas Services, 25 Days Countdown to Christmas and so much more.
However, in April the 24th, 2019, I was involved in a serious accident which left me shattered. I have undergone several major surgeries with several more upcoming. Not to mention the plethora of physical therapy, aquatic therapy, doctors appoints, surgeon appointments, medical staffing appointments and so much more. Although I am not physically able to do a lot at the moment in physically helping you, my coaching and teaching skills provide a soothing, respecting and results driven experience that you can count on. Suffice it to say, with all these injuries, throughout my body and surgeries, I can still guide and direct you on the workout of your life, lol.
Suffice it to say, in closing, I have been busy, lol. But, busy, generating programs and groups just for you! With the "4 Platforms" - Meet Me @ The Cross, Fitness Solutions 4 Life, Empowerment - Faith Over Fear, & A Line of Sight.
It is my prayer that there is something here for you. Please come join our family and together we will start a newness in your life, a new path, a new direction, new friendships, new groups, and a new vision for Jesus Christ.
Thank you so very much. I am here for you and I refuse to leave you behind!
God's Blessings,
Tripp Mullenax
